2019 Baby Eve
Named after my youngest daughter, Eve, this wine is a carefully crafted blend of Marsanne, Viognier, and Grenache Blanc. Each variety contributes its own personality, and together they create a wine that is greater than the sum of its parts.

When pairing wine with food, we often use food to balance the wine. When creating a blend, I do that balancing before the bottle is ever opened. I adjust the proportions of each grape variety until the wine feels complete, allowing each component to complement the others naturally.
