Returns

Due to the nature of our product (perishable and alcohol-based), we do not accept returns unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged or with a quality issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly offer a replacement or a refund.

To process a claim, email info@sevtapwinery.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once your claim has been approved. Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item).
